Service Description

It's that time of year! Hit the pause button and spend time getting winter portraits taken with your number ones. My photos range from intimate close ups of hugs, holding hands and smiles to photos taken further away that tell a story of where you are. No matter how vast or insane the world is, you're happy and grounded with your favourite people. Isn't that the meaning of life? PLEASE READ: What does a photo shoot look like during a pandemic?  My first priority is to keep each of us safe and healthy and to uphold the guidelines set by the BC Ministry of Health. I will wear a mask for the whole duration of the session as well as maintain at least a two meter distance between us. This is still close enough for me to get all those gorgeous close-ups and detail shots. All sessions will take place outdoors as the virus is not transmitted as easily in sunlight and fresh air. I also have a flexible rescheduling policy so that if one of us is feeling unwell, we will stay home and rest. For these sessions I have location suggestions but the decision is completely yours given it is outside. In the case of poor weather, we will reschedule. Each session is 45 minutes to an hour. In my experience this is long enough to get a variety of beautiful portraits done but not too long that we have exhausted children. We don't want to over do it! If you would prefer more time that is definitely something we can make happen! Grab your scarves, mittens and boots and let's have some fun! Please contact me if you have any questions! My email is

Cancellation Policy

My job is to deliver a photo gallery that you'll gush over! You can have full confidence and peace of mind when you book a session. There are two main reasons why we would postpone a portrait session: 1. In order to abide by BC Health advisories, if one of us is feeling unwell it is important we stay home and rest. 2. In the event of poor weather, I will contact you a couple hours before our scheduled time and we will decide on another date and time. If something happens and one of my clients is dissatisfied with their photos we will discuss the problem and decide on a solution. If a re-edit can be done, that is my first choice. In a more extreme case I will offer a re-shoot if possible or give the client their money back. Again, I believe it's my job to provide a fun and empowering experience for each of my clients from discussing session details to delivering the final portrait gallery. *In the event that a session must be canceled you will receive your payment back in full.
